Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Killgar you’ve been a huge help. Thank you so much. I think you’re right about the Baby Seal based on my novice research. The total length is 7.5” and the blade 3.5”. The only other info I have on the Paragon that may be a XO Lite is that my dad ordered a bunch of non autos in the same style and had...

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

That’s all I’ve got for tonight. I took some detailed pics of the Daltons that I will probably post on the Dalton thread provided just in case anyone is interested in seeing more of those. I have another 5 non autos and 2 fixed blade knives. What would be the proper thread to post those under? And o...

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Sorry if this doesn’t belong here, but curious if this happen to be any kind of auto. I cannot figure out how to get it open.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Reposting more detailed picks of one of the Hibbens and the case. Doesn’t seem to provide any more info to me. I can find lots of Hibben knives online. Seems to be a big fantasy knife maker, but cannot find a single switchblade anywhere. Not sure if that means they’re rare, worthless, or both.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Just wanted to post the other Corby to see if there was any more info. The blade marking seem to just be a sticky substance that would clean off.

I know the other Corby was mentioned, but I don’t think I saw this one mentioned.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Hi guys, I know I sound like a broken record, but can’t thank you enough. You really are so helpful and the way you really seem to enjoy the knives really does remind me of my dad’s excitement when he first started buying them. I’m going to post anything that wasn’t already specifically identified ...

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Probably should have added the boxes the first time. The protech actually says it’s a godfather. It’s 9.5” long with a 4.5” blade. Does having the paper that came in the box matter?

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Reposting the Top Lock. Again just curious if having the box or any of the info on the box changes any information provided.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Reposting the Buck. Is there any chance it’s factory and not a conversion? Just curious overall. If it is, it would seem like a good one to a novice. Everything works great and seems very sturdy.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Reposting the MicroTech. Mostly just curious if the plastic case or the low numbering (7/2000) adds any value.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

I didn’t post this the first time, but I think it’s a Paragon since I have a bunch of none autos just like it that are Paragons. Not expecting this one to be much since I have so many of the none auto version.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

Next the Paragon Mini Cobra, I didn’t see this one called out, but my apologies if it missed something. I didn’t include the box the first time. I assume this will help a lot.

Re: Identifying & Pricing My Father’s Collection

They are definitely worth taking more pictures. Here are some values of some of your knives based on recently sold prices I've found- The Dalton Militia with "Proto" on the blade and black handle- I see one sold last year for $1350.00 (that's thirteen hundred and fifty dollars). The Dalton War Hawk...
