Re: Worlds crappiest switchblade thread.
No doubt the designs have some style. Functionally though, there is room for desire. Only two of the 4 work. I believe Bill is right and these are made of die cast zinc. Buttons are plastic. I'd sure like to know what those characters mean.

I don't have that one exactly. I do however have a S&W Viper. I've got it up on the AAPK store if interested.

Re: Anyone know anything about this site?
QGofLake I don't suppose there's any way of reporting such sites? There certainly is. Here are some places... //FTC report https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant //Internet Crime Complaint Center https://www.ic3.gov/Home/FileComplaint //PayPal If you believe you're on a phishing website, don't ent...

Re: Anyone know anything about this site?
I'd like to hear from anyone who knows about or has done business with the following website. They're showing my desired AKC shot puller lever lock not only in stock which I haven't found anywhere else in the US, but at the hard to believe price of $55.99 for ebony wood scales and a few dollars mor...

Re: Rizzy and medici values
Hello Twobit. The black rizzy is a finger grove and sometimes called a knuckle rizzy. They are sought after. I've seen very minty ones go for $350. Hard to know condition from your pic. I agree with Mario and $200 is probably a minimum.

Re: Facebook Switchblade ads
I've been seeing em like swarms of mosquitos in a swamp. They seem to mostly push fake Benchmade, Bucks and Kershaw's. I post a comment along with a fraud related meme. Then I report the ad itself and the page from which the ad was launched. This seems to really piss them off. Using one of their sp...

Re: Appreciate Any Observations On An Old Picklock
Most, if not all of the stamps used in Maniago in the 1950s and 1960s were probably made by the same person(s.) Tks Bill. Would that be the Beltrame family? Regarding the stamp KOBRA and in the case of the knife I added a few pictures of, it is certainly not Arabic for "high quality spring repair" :D

Re: Appreciate Any Observations On An Old Picklock
Nice little uncommon knife I like the saphirs aswell , but not seen many of the kobra marked knives ,and not many were picklocks . Most I have seen are swivel bolsters with both bayonet and swedge blades ,and can have a mixture of stainless and nickle bolsters . fastr19 posted a really nice group o...

. my 'KOBRA' transitional -- https://www.talkblade.info/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=29699&p=308671&hilit=Kobra#p308671 . Tks Bill and all. Button_Man, tkanks for the link. Your theory about Kobra being Turkish makes sense. Towards that, a bit of a discussion was going on in an FB group about the Kobra stam...
