Re: Missing a bolt

Hi,
The shop I worked in used 2-56. It was my job to drill/tap the rivet to accept the screw.
I would be glad to send a screw if you want to wait on mail. That knife is not one of the one's we did, so it might be different, but there are not many screw sizes that will fit a Buck rivet.

Re: My Ganzo G-7471-BK arrived today.

Merry Christmas,
I have bought Ganzo's three times from https://www.fasttech.com.
Best prices that I have found. Shipping takes a little longer. All of my Ganzo's seem to get away from me as gifts.

Re: NEW Italian Switchblade book!

No, no, no. The damage is trivial. I shall keep the book. Your offer is very kind, though.
I do like the book.

Re: NEW Italian Switchblade book!

I ordered Tues and received today, Fri. It is a beautiful book. Very high class. Have just flipped through so far, but Intend to read all the English words. One little gripe, the book was double wrapped with balloon wrap and in a padded envelope and UPS still managed to wrinkle one corner of the boo...

Re: Leather inside the pocket sheath

IMG_20180929_161441[1].jpg Got mine today! It's great. Works well for my 11" like I requested. For curiosity, I tried a 13". And it worked nicely for that also. Need pretty big pockets and might not work with tight jeans, but I can actually comfortably carry a 13" stilletto. I also liked that the k...

Re: Show your Paper Wheel edges

I bought a set of wheels because of your posts. There is a learning curve and my results varied from knife to knife. None of my edges were of the quality of the ones in your photos, but some were very good. All were sharper than I could do with stones and took minutes not hours. And this was the fir...

Carrying a push button stilleto

Hello, New member, quite impressed with this forum. Have loved the Italian stilettos since a boy. In the past, I have carried the non-push button stilettos quite a bit in my back pocket. Now, that the push button stilettos are more easily available, I have tried to find a decent way to carry. The saf...

Re: Show your Paper Wheel edges

hello,
My first post on this forum.
Those edges are magnificent.
How much is having the equipment and how much is the skill of the operator?
I am tempted to buy a set of wheels and try my luck but am worried that this level of sharpening skill may be beyond my ability.
Thanks
Dan
