Re: Looking for an apartment!

How long did it take you to collect all those? Most impressive. What makes do you have? I know you have Walts. You will have to post pictures of one or two at a time to see.
Thanks for posting,
Thom

Really nice horn on them Thom, what do I see in the case behind them?

Jim
Meant to quote your response. I should have polished the bolsters on the AGA before taking the pictures.

Re: Old Walt's Custom picklock

Good eye Jim. I was wondering if anyone would notice. A Burn and an AGA flatguard picklock. Here are some pics. I am not necessarily a huge fan of file work, but I love the file work on the 13" AGA. Very subdued. https://i.imgur.com/XtCJx8T.jpg https://i.imgur.com/JBueNys.jpg https://i.imgur.com/d2M...

Re: Your oldest Latama?

Only have one or two old ones. With the Latama in the box stamp. I've heard this is the rarest stamp, but not sure about the earliest, would be cool if this is the very early stamp. Hope to learn more. Excellent blades shown here by all :) That horn is awesome. Wonder what it looked like 70 years a...

Re: 13" AGA picklocks circa 2003

I heard a lot of them were bananad. The ones I bought were straight as an arrow. Nothing wrong with any of them. Probably the finest horn I own.
Tydy did warn me about the problem with them upfront . He was very honest. I am completely satisfied with the knives I bought from him.
